Gilan Temberoon

ingredients :

Mint: A tablespoon

parsley: Two tablespoons

Coriander: Two tablespoons

Water : Four scales

Fresh garlic: 3 purees

Rice flour : 3 to 4 tablespoons

verjuice: Half a cup

Fried eggplant: 5 pieces

egg: 2 pieces

oil: Two tablespoons

spice: Grandis salt and black pepper

Roast the dried vegetables of grandis (mint, parsley, coriander) in a pot with oil and then add water. Add the garlic puree and cook for 20 minutes. Mix rice flour with a little cold water and add it to the stew. The seasoning of this stew is juice, which you can determine according to your taste. Add the fried eggplants to the stew and break the eggs in the pot. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes with the eggplants. Then serve with the cat.
